Maybe you currently have a regular workout routine and nutrition plan, but your progress has seemed to stall? plateaus happen, and changing things up with the challenge's added movements, or nutritional pieces is the best thing you can do to bring back the results!

Exercise and Eating to fuel your body should be lifelong commitment, and its important to remember that results will not come overnight...this alone can feel overwhelming! So, instead of thinking about that long, lifetime journey, lets start small and think of an 8 week time frame....crushing those smaller, scaled, goals. Once you start seeing how great it feels to reach these goals, you'll want to continue to journey, and all of a sudden, getting fit isn't so overwhelming or daunting!
