Hi, I’m Steph Maderas, founder of Revolution Fitness — a woman-owned personal training gym built on community, empowerment, and results.I started Revolution Fitness because I inspired by my own powerful transformation. After experiencing firsthand how movement and nutrition can change not just your body — but your confidence and mindset — I felt called to help others do the same. I saw a gap in the fitness industry: a space where real people — could feel seen, supported, and strong without the pressure of fitting into a big-box gym environment.

 

With a passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin, I’ve built a  a space where fitness is personalized, approachable, and rooted in real-life results.​Whether you're here to build strength, boost your energy, improve your health, or simply move better, my goal is to meet you where you are — and help you grow from there.
